I’m a strategist with over a decade of experience helping companies navigate complexity, grow into new markets, and align business, science, and policy. From managing $700M in state health budgets to expanding partnerships with Fortune 100 and 500 companies like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Merck, and Novartis, I’ve led change at scale.

As a former Chief Operating Officer, I’ve overseen transformation initiatives across healthcare, life sciences, and government. Today, I use that operational insight to help companies expand internationally, adapt to geopolitical and regulatory shifts, and lead with clarity.

Now based in Bordeaux, I support clients across Europe and North America—advising on growth, market entry, and strategic partnerships. My strength lies in translating complexity into action: from stakeholder engagement and negotiation to change management and international execution.
